Antique Venetian Fancy Foil Beads Beaded Necklace

Description

This is an Antique Venetian Fancy Foil Beads beaded necklace done in an Amber color. These are pinched and folded beads in which the bead maker uses a tong to manipulate the molten glass into this shape. This design is fabulous with the foil. If you look closely at the way the glass was stylized I think you will be amazed. Truly magnificent bead work!
Necklace is 17" long making this a choker sized piece. There are 10 fantastic Venetian amber/white glass foil beads measuring 26 mm. There are 11 round amber foil beads measuring 7 mm each. All beads have their own pair of lacey bead caps and the necklace is finished off with an age appropriate brass screw together clasp. Sinc
e each bead is made one-at-a-time there is some variation in size, etc. There are no chips or cracks to any of the beads. Please study the pictures
