    CREATURE FROM THE BLACK LAGOON" sculpted by Douglas Hildebrandt Fossil Prototype #56 Bust Offering this incredibly reproduced fossil head from the classic film "Creature From The Black Lagoon". This piece is #56 sculpted by the famous sculptor, modeler, special effects artist Douglas Hildebrandt. IT IS IN GOOD CONDITION The dimensions are 15" X 12" X 8 1/2" and weight's about 8 lbs. It is signed and dated on the inside back from Jan 2003 (see pics).
    As you can see theres a small chip and some small paint loss on the front. has a wire on the back for easy hanging or the base is flat with some felt pads to display that way as well.
    Last owner had it about 11 years and claims this was displayed at Universal studios in FL.
