This listing is for a Lon Chaney PHANTOM OF THE OPERA CALENDAR MASK made by Don Post Studios in 1998. Limited to only 250 and perhaps the scariest looking of the series, the mask is a faithful reproduction of the Don Post mask sold in the 1960s and immortalized in monster magazines of that era. This is a full-size, full-head mask made of thick latex with faux hair and hand-painted features. Condition is mint, unused. Color is still superb with NONE of the "mask rust" that has plagued these masks. Includes the original box. Because of the huge size of the box, it shows some storage wear, but still displays great with colorful graphics all around. On consignment.
