    This is a large rare antique natural real amber bead which comes from Mauritania, Africa. This antique amber bead is in great condition with slight natural pits a very slight ding and a minor old chip which has smoothed a little from time. This amber bead weighs 16.10 grams and measures 14.13mm long by 44.94mm wide also 0.55 inches long by 1.81 inches wide. These amber beads are getting harder and harder to come by as the majority of real amber beads from Africa have been mostly collected leaving the plastic & resin imitations flooding the market.
