  • Condition: Very good pre-owned condition. The dolls and their clothing is old. The clothing is telling of the age of the dolls. The clothes are discolored and the pantaloons and head coverings look stained. Marguerita has some cracking on her hands. Please see photos for details and conditions.

    Lot of 2 Vintage Composition Dolls Sophie of Polish & Marguerita of Romania
    Made for the 1939 World's Fair in New York.
    Manufactured by Dollcraft.
    Distributed by Joy Doll Products.
    Both dolls measure 8-1/2" tall.
    Both are in good condition for their age.
    Dolls can stand on their own. No stands or boxes.
    Articulated bodies. Heads, arms & legs move. Beautiful hand painted faces with soft curly hair.
    Both have original cardboard hang tags.
    Marguerita has some cracks on her hands from age. Please see photos. There are marks on Sophie's face as shown in the photos.
