Rare and old The Meredith Open Tone cornet w/ Besson case

Up for auction is a rare and old The Meredith Open Tone cornet with a Bruno era Besson gator case.  This is just a period correct mouthpiece,... I'm not even sure what it is.  These horns are pretty rare.  They mostly end up in cornet collections because of how few and unique they are.  This one is #137 of about 900.   Made in 1906.  It has a few flea bites here and there, but overall a good condition horn.  Fully chem cleaned and polished.....  I'll not prop this listing up with a copy and paste but if you google it, you will find all that can be found.  Not the original case.  This horn has good compression and plays really well.  I feel like I've got the up and down stroke set pretty well, but I'm not the right person to test play !  lol.   No reserve, and no international shipping.  Posted shipping price is for Conus only.  All other US state and territories must pay the priority upcharge.  Thanks for looking and peace to all.  John
