To determine whether you need the THICK or THIN battery:
- First please determine which iPod you have (Go to Settings / About on your iPod), or measure the dimensions of your iPod.
- If it is the 5th Generation with the plastic front, and 0.43 inches thick, you need this THIN battery. If it is 0.55 inches you need the
THICK
battery instead.
- If it is the 6th Generation with the aluminum front, and 0.41 inches thick, you need this THIN battery. If it is 0.53 inches you need the
THICK
battery instead.
- If it is the 7th Generation with the aluminum front, you need this THIN battery.
