VINTAGE 1959 OLDS SPECIAL TRI TONE CORNET WITH # 3 MOUTHPIECE & CASE FULLERTON

Description

Here we are offering a fantastic original vintage Olds Special tri-tone cornet. Manufactured by F. E. Olds & Son in Fullerton, California, it features a copper colored bell and a gold / silver tone body. The serial number dates it to the summer of 1959. Included with the instrument is a # 3 Olds mouthpiece, a brass sheet music holder and a vintage hardshell case.
Overall it is in good shape, but does show some signs of wear including rust, many scratches and a couple small dents. As with any instrument of this age, it will possibly need some maintenance such as pads. The hardshell case also shows general signs of wear, but is sturdy and latches tightly.
